For more than 25 years we have been renewing the electrical and electronic systems of Cotton knitting machines: over 1000 machines retrofitted worldwide.

The Di Lupo system

A brand-new machine, electrically speaking

The system consists of pneumatic step motors driven by an electronic controller, both of our own production, and our own software for creating knitting programs, which are transferred to the machine via USB stick.

The retrofit includes a complete rewiring and the replacement of the main motor, so the machine is completely new in its electrical part. The mechanical parts used for shaping are removed, making the machine simpler, easier to manage and less prone to wear and failure.

The simplicity of the equipment makes maintenance easy even for mechanical staff, and the electronics are robust and tolerate wide supply variations.
