Through the panel the machine runs the knitting program prepared on the PC with our software, free to download from this site.
Scheller machine
The Di Lupo system for the Scheller Cotton machine: control panel, PLC panel, valve block, 5 kW brake motor, striper up to 5 colours and asymmetric carriage.
The system
What our Scheller system includes
Electrical panel
New electrical panel with PLC and inverter, wired and tested in our workshop.
Valve block
Driven by the panel PLC, it operates most of the machine's functions through valves.
V-neck
The V-neck is controlled by our system through the air motors.
Motor
The motor is replaced with a new 5 kW self-braking motor driven by an inverter.
Striper
A brass block with air pistons is fitted above the yarn-guide coupling block: up to 5 colours.
Variable stroke
The variable stroke is managed by our control system.
Asymmetric carriage
An air motor is fitted on each of the two screws to control their movement.
