Through the panel the machine runs the knitting program prepared on the PC with our software, free to download from this site.
Monk machine
The Di Lupo system for the Monk Cotton machine: control panel, electrical panel, renewed manual control, inverter motor with air brake and air motors on the carriages.
The system
What our Monk system includes
Electrical panel
New electrical panel with PLC and inverter, wired and tested in our workshop.
Manual control
The manual control is modified and modernised so that the positions of the machine mechanisms can be adjusted.
Motor and brake
The gear motor unit is modified: an air brake is fitted inside the gearbox and the motor is replaced with a new 5 kW inverter-driven motor.
Air motors
The photo shows the motor on the right-hand carriage; an identical one is fitted on the other side. The motors drive carriage, punches and neckline.
